CLL Patent Newsletter Outlines and Explains the The Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (AIA)

The Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (AIA) was enacted on September 16, 2011, and makes the most significant changes to the U.S. patent system since 1952.  This newsletter addresses the recently enacted America Invents Act, and some of the more important recent patent decisions.
