Client Alert - Track I Prioritized Examination for Patent Applications

You may have heard about the proposed Track I prioritized examination procedure for U.S. patent applications. Although the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has postponed the implementation of this procedure indefinitely for budgetary reasons, this Client Alert summarizes what this new procedure will do whenever it is implemented.
