New Partner - Sujata Chaudhri

We are pleased to announce that Sujata Chaudhri has been elected as a partner in our firm.

Sujata Chaudhri advises clients on clearance, prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and domain names in the United States and other countries. In addition, Ms. Chaudhri has experience in handling disputes, negotiating settlements and drafting and negotiating IP contracts, license agreements, consent agreements, and purchase agreements.

Ms. Chaudhri serves on the Adjunct faculty at Franklin Pierce Law Center and is a guest speaker at the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies.  She is a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association (she co-chairs the Legislative Committee of the IP Section) and also serves as an advisor to the India Development Committee of the International Trademark Association.

Ms. Chaudhri is a frequent speaker on trademark issues in the United States and India.  She is admitted to practice in New York and India.
