This New York Law Journal column, entitled Ay, There's the Rug!, discusses the Second Circuit's decision in Tufenkian v. Einstein Moomjy, in which the court tried to clarify the application of the "total concept and feel" test for copyright infringement in connection with works derived from public domain source material.
