Don Obert Joins Our Customs Practice Group

We are expanding our Customs, International Cargo and Regulatory Compliance Group with the addition of Don M. Obert.

Don will be working with CLL attorneys Carl Soller and C. J. Erickson in advising import and export clients about cross-border issues.  These involve U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Fish & Wildlife and other Governmental agency requirements and enforcement proceedings.

Before joining our firm, Don was a principal in the law firm, Follick & Obert, P.C.  He received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and a bachelor of science degree in Biology from Adelphi University.
