On October 25, Ron Meister presented a paper entitled, 'The Supreme Court, Guantanamo Bay and Justice Fix-It,' at Cornell Law School as part of its Berger International Speaker Series. It discussed the Supreme Court's three decisions in June 2004 relating to executive power, enemy combatants and the laws of war, and what they teach us about the Supreme Court and government in the 21st century.
