Daniel is a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office, with experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of technologies including electrical, electronic, computer, business method, and mechanical art. He has particular experience with patents relating to semiconductor devices, optical devices, medical devices, software, cryptography, security key, and authentication devices.  Daniel also assists in patent litigation, including discovery efforts, document review, and preparing draft claim construction briefs.
