    Obtained dismissal for lack of jurisdiction, affirmed on appeal, for the leading Philippine newspaper (the PHILIPPINE DAILY INQUIRER) and its 10% owned website (INQ7), in case of first impression in any New York court, involving the publication of an allegedly defamatory article on a website accessible to New York residents and to which New York residents subscribed.
