Non-Traditional Trademark Protection (NY City Bar)

Sujata Chaudhri discussed strategies for registering non-traditional trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on May 6, 2010 at a program sponsored by the New York City Bar Association (NYCBA) entitled “Trade Dress & Other Forms of Non-Traditional Trademark Protection.”  Her presentation encompassed best practices for obtaining a U.S. trademark registration for non-traditional trademarks such as single colors, smell and sound marks.  The program took place at the NYCBA located at 45 West 44th Street, New York, NY.
