Understanding Copyright and Trademark Law 2010 (PLI)

On day one of PLI's Understanding Copyright and Trademark Law program, Bob Clarida discussed the increasing number of copyright issues, how copyright protection is confered, how to protect copyrighted materials and what types of remedies are available for copyright infringement as part of the panel.  This program allowed practioners to gain practical guidance on how to identify, handle and solve basic copyright problems. 

Lynn Fruchter moderated the trademark discussion on day two of PLI's Understanding Copyright and Trademark Law program.  Richard Mandel presented in the same program and his discussion focued on hot topics in trademark law, recent cases and litigation alternatives.
