Understanding the Intellectual Property License 2010 (PLI)

CLL partner Joel Karni Schmidt and Lisa Marroni, General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Wicked Fashions participated in a mock negotiation at the Practising Law Institute’s Understanding the Intellectual Property License Program  on October 22, 2010.  In the course of the mock negotiation, they provided practical tips on trademark and technology licensing issues.
