Taking and Defending Depositions in Trademark Cases (ABA Law Conference)
Apr. 9, 2010
Taking and Defending Depositions in Trademark Cases was an interactive session directed by a moderator. Richard Mandel and other speakers re-enacted a deposition taken during the course of a trademark case. Audience members had the opportunity to rule on the actions taken by deposing and defense counsel. The presentation provided participants with take-away tips and recommended practices for taking and defending depositions in trademark cases. The ABA conference was held April 7-10 in Arlington, VA.
