Richard Dannay is chairing PLI’s CLE program on Advanced Copyright Law 2019: Current Issues for his 29th year. This year’s program will include in-depth discussions on fair use, the digital first-sale doctrine, copyrightability of software and alternative dispute resolution in copyright. The agenda will also provide a Digital Millennium Copyright Act update and a review of the latest litigation and legislative developments.
