Michael is a litigator with extensive trial experience in all aspects of intellectual property, commercial and corporate disputes and real estate and estate matters. The varied cases he has handled and tried include trademark, copyright and patent infringements, domain name, unfair competition, trade secrets, employment relations, corporate and shareholder disputes, commercial bribery, real property, product liability, and contested estate proceedings.

- R.F. Shaffer, et al. v. Arnold Heitner, 433 U.S. 186, 97 S. Ct. 2569, 53 L.Ed. 2d 683 (1977) - represented appellee in landmark case in which U.S. Supreme Court extended the principles of International Shoe Co. to govern assertions of quasi in rem jurisdiction
- Genesco, Inc. v. T. Kakiuchi & Co., Inc. , 815 F.2d 840 (2d Cir. 1987) - represented plaintiff in appeal that determined the RICO and Robinson-Patman Act claims were subject to arbitration
- Insituform (Netherlands) B.V., et al. vs. Spiniello Limited, Inc., et al. , Slip opinion CV 95-5484-GHK (BQRX), (U.S.D.Cal. 1995) - preliminary injunction was granted for patent infringement under doctrine of equivalents and trade secrets claims
- Knic Knac Agencies v. Masterpiece Apparel, Ltd., and Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company (3M). Successfully represented 3M Global Trading Co. in letter of credit transaction. Summary judgment awarded in favor of 3M. 94 Civ. 1073 (LMM) 1999. U.S. Dist. Lexis 3267 (S.D.N.Y. Mar 22, 1999)
- Wallace v. Longevity Network, Ltd. U.S.D.C.Central District of California (CV-04-2404) Successfully represent Longevity Network, Inc. in trademark infringement and unfair competition lawsuit. Jury verdict of $3.1 million in damages awarded to Longevity Network, Inc. (2006)
- J.A.O. Acquisition Corporation, et. al. v Jeffrey Stavitsky, Paul Brogowski, et. al., Supreme Court New York County (604798/99) Successfully represented Paul Brogowski in breach of acquisition agreement and fraud action. In the decision dated December 5, 2007, Judge Gammerman dismissed all fraud claims and rendered in Brogowski's favor an amount that will aggregate $3.5 million plus legal fees.
