Jeff concentrates on domestic and international trademark law, including practicing before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Jeff handles the worldwide intellectual property portfolios of a number of multinational corporations based in the United States, as well as the interests of an ever-increasing number of foreign corporations and individuals doing business in the United States. He regularly counsels clients on the acquisition, clearance and maintenance, licensing and franchising, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including anti-counterfeiting and litigation.
