Bill's practice consists of counseling clients and handling domestic and international trademark and copyright matters including clearance, registration, proper use, licensing, contested administrative proceedings and litigation. He is experienced in structuring the intellectual property aspects of complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and securitizations; split trademark ownership transactions; international transfer pricing structures; and intellectual property holding company transactions. He also deals with Internet and domain name issues.
