Simon is Administrative Partner of Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C. He has more than 20 years of experience counseling and attending to the varied commercial and corporate needs of privately-held businesses and their principals, including selection, organization and governance of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate and commercial leasing transactions and international trade and transactions. More recently, Simon has devoted significant attention to licensing and transactional matters in the computer software, Internet and e-commerce areas.
