Shana’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution, clearance, and maintenance, as well as general intellectual property matters.

“When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy film, basketball, and all things Broadway. One of the first things I plan to do when possible is watch ‘The Lion King’ live on Broadway."

Experience

Shana has both private and government experience. She previously worked as an associate at a boutique litigation firm where she handled complex litigation matters. Additionally, as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, she tried multiple jury trials to verdict and prosecuted counterfeit cases as well.
