Before Baila retired from day-to-day practice, she concentrated on the administration of domestic and international trademark registration programs, intellectual property issues in acquisitions and secured transactions, and litigation and counseling involving copyrights, trademarks, domain names, e-commerce, licensing, rights of publicity and rights in computer software and databases.
