Our firm continually seeks quality attorneys to enhance and expand our practice through measured growth. We typically hire associates with one to two years' experience at a law firm or after a judicial clerkship. Key qualifications we look for include graduating in the top 15% of your class, law review and strong writing, oral communications and interpersonal skills.
We do not hire summer associates.

Given our size, you will work directly with these partners, not simply pass them in the hallways. In addition, our client teams are small enough to provide associates with a genuine opportunity for early client contact and meaningful responsibility. For example, we generally staff litigations and deals with a one partner - one associate team and add additional resources only if the size, complexity or time constraints require it.

Current Attorney Opportunities
We are currently seeking a trademark/copyright associate with two to five years experience. Background in trademark prosecution (domestic and worldwide) and inter partes proceedings before the TTAB strongly preferred. Top credentials and excellent advocacy, analytical and written and oral communication skills required.
We are seeking a mid-level litigation associate with two to four years solid litigation experience. Top credentials and excellent written and oral communication and electronic discovery skills required. Experience or demonstrated interest in intellectual property law, including trademark, copyright and patent, preferred.
