We take privacy very seriously and are committed to safeguarding personal information. This notice describes our Privacy Policy. By using our websites, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Types of personal information collected. We collect personal information when you send us information on the 'Contact Us Form,' the 'U.S. Trademark Search Request Form' or the 'U.S. Trademark Application Request Form.' Our web server automatically notes your email address, the technical address of the computer you are using, the name of your internet service provider, the type of browser software and operating system that you use, the date and time that you access our website(s), the website address, if any, from which you linked directly to our website(s), the website address, if any, to which you travel from our website(s), and possibly other similar information.
