Overview
Jesse’s practice focuses on international trade law and U.S. Customs and Border Protection matters. He assists clients navigate the complex landscape of international commerce, including the laws, regulations, and policies governing cross-border transactions. Jesse advises importers, exporters, manufacturers, brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders involved in the global supply chain on product classification, valuation, compliance, transportation, admissibility, and trade-related matters involving U.S. Customs and other regulatory agencies.
Before joining our firm, Jesse served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jane A. Restani at the U.S. Court of International Trade. He also clerked for the Honorable Paul R. Lyle at the Superior Court of Alaska in Fairbanks following his graduation from law school.
