Peter's practice encompasses the representation of privately held businesses and high net-worth individuals in corporate and commercial matters including the formation, governance, purchase and sale of business entities, real estate and estate planning.

He handles real estate acquisitions, leasing and finance, estate planning and administration, and investments by international companies in the United States and abroad.

Peter has formed and advised numerous companies in the information technology field, including operation and regulation of websites.

  • I have represented clients when purchasing and selling golf courses, improving the courses, obtaining financing and negotiating management agreements
  • I advise clients on meeting their employment law obligations, particularly under the ever-changing New York City employment environment
  • I represent landlords of retail properties in leasing, regulatory and management matters
  • I represent buyers and sellers of multi-million dollar residential properties
  • I assist foreign nationals in devising appropriate estate plans
