CLL is Hosting a Federal Bar Council Intellectual Property Committee Meeting

We are hosting a program meeting of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Federal Bar Council titled “Did The Warhol Foundation Make Fair Use of Goldsmith’s Photo of Prince? Issues Raised by the Supreme Court During Oral Argument and a Prediction on a Likely Outcome.”   Committee member Andrew Berger will lead a discussion of the oral argument before the Supreme Court.  Kieran Doyle is Co-Chair of the Committee.  For information as to Committee membership and more details about this meeting, contact Kieran Doyle.
