Eric Shimanoff will be presenting at Toronto Intellectual Property Group's 2012 U.S. IP Group's Year in Review Meeting on January 31. The trademark cases Eric will be covering include: Fleischer Studios, Inc. v. A.V.E.L.A., Inc., Christian Louboutin S.A v. Yves Saint Laurent America, Inc., and in domain name disputes, Lady Gaga’s unsuccessful attempt to shut down an unofficial fan site.
