Kieran Doyle and Don Obert will be participating in PLI's 2012 Advanced Trademark Law Annual Review

Kieran Doyle will be co-chairing this year's conference on Advanced Trademark Law, which will be held on May1^st.  Don Obert will be presenting a program on Receive Guidance on the Extraterritorial Application of the Lanham Act and Stopping Gray Market Goods.  Additional topics at this year's program will include: Advanced Prosecution Practice Tips, Including Addressing “Green” Trademarks, A Judge's perspective about the New TTAB Manual of Procedure, Pointers on Portfolio Management and Trademark Due Diligence in Corporate Acquisitions, and a Comprehensive Overview and Update on Important 2011-2012 Decisions.  Additional information about the trademark program can be found here.
