Former Judge Katherine Forrest and Jonathan King gave a presentation about Trademark Surveys in Litigation at the Federal Bar Council IP Committee meeting Wednesday night.  The meeting was held at the offices of Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman.  They discussed the nuts and bolts of surveys, key attributes of a trademark survey, likelihood of confusion surveys, and genericness surveys, among other topics.
