Victoria has represented clients across a range of industries, including music, real estate, and industrials. She has supported litigation matters before federal and state courts as well as the Copyright Royalty Board.
Victoria received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2024. Her note, “Purse, Painting, NFT: The Crisis of the Object in Trademark Law,” was published in the N.Y.U. Journal of Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law and was subsequently republished in Reuters’ Entertainment, Publishing and the Arts Handbook.
