Kieran Doyle and Tom Kjellberg will give an ACC presentation: The Importance of Being Petty: Some Details of I.P. Practice Illustrated Through the Songs of Tom Petty
Kieran Doyle and Tom Kjellberg, backed by a full band, will give an Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) presentation, "The Importance of Being Petty: Some Details of I.P. Practice Illustrated Through the Songs of Tom Petty." Tom Kjellberg and the CLL (Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman) All-Stars will play the Tom Petty tunes, the attendees will be asked to name the songs, and Kieran and Tom will explain how the songs relate to key trademark law concepts. One (1) CLE Credit (NY) will be provided.
CL&L will donate $10 for every person who attends the program to the TeachRock program of the Rock and Roll Forever Foundation, as part of CL&L's CLE4GoodSM program.
