Thomas Kjellberg and Dasha Chestukhin Speak on Recent Developments in Copyright Law

On June 11, 2020, Thomas Kjellberg, Dasha Chestukhin and Robert W. Clarida gave a much-anticipated presentation on recent developments in copyright law at the 2020 Copyright Society of the USA's Virtual Annual Meeting. Through an entertaining multi-media presentation, they discussed important copyright cases from the past year, including cases concerning the music of Taylor Swift, Led Zeppelin, and Migos.  Although the presentation took place on Zoom for the first time ever, the audience was enthusiastic and engaged and provided real-time feedback and questions as the speakers discussed the cases.
