This is a tailored version of the classic CLL presentation given every year at the Copyright Society’s Annual Meeting.

Dasha Chestukhin, Jaime Berman, and CLL alum Aryn Emert will discuss cases featuring key copyright developments over the last 1-2 years that are of interest and relevance to in-house practitioners, including the use of copyrighted materials to train AI models, the commercial use of memes, when using a copyrighted image constitutes fair use, whether a copyright termination notice can have worldwide reach, and more!
