Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman (CLL) partners Jeffrey Chery and Joel Karni Schmidt are attending the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) The Business of M&A: Navigating the Convergence of Intangible Assets and Capital in the Age of AI conference in New York.  CLL and its attorneys have been actively involved with INTA for many years and currently serve on many INTA committees.  CLL attorneys regularly handle and advise clients regarding the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings, bankruptcies and reorganizations, and other transactions and proceedings.
