Overview

Daniel Gross counsels clients ranging from Fortune 100 to startup companies on a broad range of intellectual property matters, with a focus on patent and trademark prosecution and strategic counseling. He works closely with technology incubators and accelerators based in the New York metropolitan area to help emerging companies build cost-effective commercially meaningful IP portfolios.

Drawing on his background in electrical and mechanical engineering and experience with software and AI-driven technologies, Daniel brings technical expertise and insight to his IP strategies. He has significant experience advising startup and growth-stage companies and works closely with founders and technical teams to develop IP strategies that align with product roadmaps, fundraising efforts, and long-term business objectives. His approach emphasizes both legal rigor and practical business alignment—advancing prosecution efficiently while strengthening claim scope and overall portfolio value.
